Reporting to: Design Manager

Overall Objective:

• To successfully coordinate and manage the design process from concept to design by
• Supervising, managing and mentoring a team of CAD Drafters to meet design objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
• Effectively conducting site inspections to ensure the design meets project objectives.
•  Liaising with the Project Engineers and other stakeholders regarding design related matters and ensuring that any technical difficulties are articulated and resolved promptly.
•  Review all client specifications and ensure that all technical content is incorporated into designs

Skills/Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• A background in consulting or construction with site experience
• Commercial skills of the standard necessary to deal with Clients over design variations and the like
• Experience in steel, concrete and masonry design
• Lattice steel structure design will be highly regarded

This organisation within the telecommunication industry is seeking several LEVEL 2 NETWORK SUPPORT people with strong communication skills and a CCNP to provide support for the businesses business and wholesale customers.
 
Working closely with the level 1 and 3 support teams you will be handling escalated faults from level 1 support.  Level 1 support take ownership of the problem or fault and manage the problem through to resolution.  This may involve escalating the problem to level 2 or even level 3 however they will retain ownership of the problem.  You will therefore be working closely with level 1 consultants and providing technical network support based on their interaction with the customer. 

Where required, you will be interacting directly with the customer and will therefore have good communication skills and shall hold a CCNP.
You will have experience working within a network support environment, hold a CCNP and will have a proven ability to interact well with others.
