We will make sure at least one account manager is assigned to each job vacancy at all times. Phase One will provide detailed feedback and a professional service that far exceeds that of our competitors.

Our credo is that all candidate’s needs and interests must always come before our own, and our representatives must adopt a long-term view when considering the implications of their actions. We encourage our consultants to have regular points of interaction with our candidates which we will facilitate top-down through e-mail communications, phone calls, social events and presentations, and performance reviews.

Through offering this level of service we seek to build trust and maximise retention & positive referrals over time. We also consider our candidates as clients, and appreciate the fact that they may end up in senior managerial positions where they seek assistance in the recruitment of staff.

It will be part of our mission to keep in regular contact with our candidates whilst making sure they have the best possible chance of securing a long lasting role in a well regarded company. It is part of our mission to hold social events for our contractors and valued candidates, and provide them with expert advice for up and coming projects.
