Phase One’s key objective is to provide an overall service to our clients and maintain a healthy long standing relationship as the business grows throughout the years. We will analyse each client’s requirements individually and prepare a service proposal that will cover all areas, from pay rolling candidates, psychometric testing, resource advice for up and coming projects, relevant candidate insurances for high risk contractors, and various pricing structures for multiple placements on large scale rollouts.
